Why do you publish prices when other agencies don't?

Because you shouldn't need a sales call to find out whether something is in budget. If the numbers on this page don't work for you, we've saved us both 30 minutes.

Who handles hosting and the services underneath?

You do, in almost all cases. We'll recommend exactly where to sign up, hand you step by step instructions or set things up on your behalf, and stay completely agnostic: no partnerships, no markups, no lock in. Your accounts stay yours. We build and take care of the software; we're not in the business of running your infrastructure.

Are there any other running costs?

Some builds use paid services under the hood, such as AI usage or hosting. Anything like that is spelled out in your proposal before we start, so the total picture is on paper up front.

Can we cancel Managed Services?

Yes, any time. Managed Services runs month to month. Your build keeps working, you keep everything, and you can restart whenever you like.

What if our project is bigger than a typical build?

Then we'll say so on the scoping call and shape it honestly, whether that's splitting it into smaller builds or telling you it needs a different kind of engagement. No force fitting.
