Fixed Scope Proposal

A short written proposal: exactly what we'll build, exactly what it costs, exactly when it lands. The price we quote is the price you pay. If anything would change that, we tell you before it happens, never after.

One AI Solutions Architect owns your build from start to finish. You see working previews along the way and your feedback gets folded in as we go, so launch day is a confirmation, not a reveal.

We Test, You Test

Built into the timeline

We QA everything we build before you ever see it, and our testing never extends your schedule. Then it's your turn: every project includes one week for your team's acceptance testing by default. Finish in a day and we launch the same day.

Day 1 to day 60

Your build goes live inside your business and we walk your team through it. Everything we ship carries a 60 day warranty: if something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it at no cost.

Day 60 onward · your choice

At day 60 you choose: we keep taking care of it, with uptime watched, accuracy checked, and security patched by the same team that runs Managed Services for global companies. Or you run it yourself. It's yours either way.

You own what we build.

The tool, the automation, the workflows: yours. Not licensed, not rented, not held hostage by a subscription.

What do you need from us during the build?

A person who knows the process, an hour or two of their time across the build for questions and previews, and access to the tools the build touches. That's it. We handle the rest.

What if the scope changes halfway through?

Small adjustments get absorbed. Anything that changes the price or the date gets flagged to you in writing before we do it, with the choice left to you. No surprise invoices, ever.

What happens if we cancel Managed Services later?

The build keeps working and you keep the keys. Managed Services runs month to month with no long contracts, and you can restart it whenever you like.
